Yes, it happens. Kaba especially does it when she sees her daddy and a few other good friends of ours. A friends dog does the same thing, so we always do introductions outside. That way its not hurting anything.
Or as my friend does, she asks people to ignore the dog for a while until they get used to everyone. I dont think its that big of deal though...
and to answer your question about the other post...no dim sum is must be different in japan if what your talking about is a noodle...
