for the most part dog food is not very nutritious. a lot of us started when the dog food recall began and haven't stopped because our pups are so much more healthy. I believe that raw is the best you can feed your dog, sadly Layla won't even look at it... we might try again soon
Dog food is made usually of dead, diseased or disabled animals and has a high content of fillers (corn, wheat...) there are many high quality kibbles (Orijen, Wellness, Solid Gold) if home cooking is not for you. While these kibbles are exceptional.. it is still hard to know where they are getting all their products from... you just gotta trust i guess
