I have no idea how that can be but it is! I can't aford 400,00 x2 every year for my babies... If the vaccine works and I don't have to put my babies under for teeth cleaning every year that is one thing. But if it doesn't work or isn't safe, I guess we pay to get teeth cleaning every year if thats what it takes.
