Mine also hate pills, I have tried to disguise them in cheese, meats & peanut butter and they will eat the treat and spit out the pill.
Now I either crush it in their wet food (they always lick the bowl clean) or put it in a pill pocket.

I really need to try sticking the pill in something for Tatum...I always have to force it down her little throat and I absolutely HATE HATE HATE doing that to her! I just don't want her to think I am being mean to her cause I'm forcing her to take it
She is also on liquid med too and I think she hates that even worse! Poor baby...she throws her head around everywhere back and forth and sticks her little tongue out makes this awful hacking noise
She stays mad at me for about an hour or so after medicine time...and the LOOK she gives me...
