 Max is home at last!
After a 3 hour sit on the runway in Houston, Max is finally home in Albuquerque. He arrived incredibly playful and ready to romp at about 3:45. Mia is totally absorbed and won't leave him alone.
I weighed him on my postal scale (which for Mia was 2 oz heavier than my vets) and he is 20.4 oz. He will be 13 weeks tomorrow. Although he is REALLY tiny, he doesn't act or appear fragile, which is good. His coat is 2" long and very thick and silky. I can feel the tiny opening in the fontanel and it feels like a triangle maybe as big as a piece of the royal canine puppy food.
He has eaten his Royal Canine, peed outside 4 times, no poop yet. We did try a photo shoot. He is following DD and I everywhere. |
