So lately Riley has started barking at every single person that walks by my apartment door. He has never done this. He has always just sniffed at the door when he hears something. Now he barks and whines every time he hears a noise. It is getting annoying. I know he really wants to go out, but its been like 6 degrees here. Hes trained to pee pads, so he just goes on those. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get him to stop?
