I forgot when I got it... maybe 2 years ago. It was defect... the beading came off like within a week from the first purchase. I got it at Macy's for 358 plus tax. It's so long ago that I know it's not covered anymore. I wasn't too sure where to go to get it fixed. I also have a Dooney & Bourke bag with the zipper broken. It broke within the first few days when I bought it. Oh well, I'm going to sell these bags on YT soon. I don't carry Coach or DB anymore. So, someone will benefit from it I hope
