I forgot to mention that she is from Arcadia and is at Arcadia Oaks right now. I would like to keep her close enough so that her friends can still visit her.

Does anyone know anything about Punta Gorda Elderly Care Center?
So far that looks like the best possibility but the Administrator is making me jump through a lot of hoops in order to get more money from various organizations.
