I ordered a silk harness from chattiesmom and told her Reeses was about 13 inches but he is actually maybe 13 1/4-13 1/2. She allows room for increasing and decreasing and it fits great...so do if I order one of yours do I go with the 13 inch? Or would it be tight or too tight?
