Mine used to do the same thing. He whines (doesn't bark good thing) when I am in the tub and when I get out, he licks my feet. I don't remember what made him stop but he doesn't do it anymore. I do put a mat beside the tub for him to sleep in and occasionally I play peekaboo with him with the shower curtain and play sprinkle water at him and he catches it with his mouth. A few times I told him to be quiet so I am not sure if its the playing or scolding or the fact that he is now more matured made him stop. Now (at almost 2 years old) all he does is just sleep and wait for me to finish.
