Sorry that she is still not feeling better. Coccidia is what my puppy came to us with and had all of what you are saying. However, change in diet can also cause these syptoms. I hope you hear from the vet soon. I would think that if they had tested for it, they would have given you the results already. You could take in another sample just to cover all bases.
