Do you apply your eyeliner on your water line or on the outside under your lashes? I've had the watery eye problem when I apply on the lash line.
Ok sorry that was off topic. My obsessions are... MAC!! or any kind of make up. Lol. I'm just now realizing how expensive it is. Then of course handbags and stuff for Riley.
