get old? as in expire?

I don't see an expiry date on these iron-vitamin pills (Vi-Sorbits.... "tasty vitamins- and iron pills- well they dont look like pills, more like a treat) so I was wondering if they can get old and bad? I've had them for 5-6 months now.
