I use a pin brush from Chris Christensen that I like, here's a link for a good supplier:

And then Paige, at the linked site below recommended a teflon comb that she sells, and I wouldn't use any other comb, it slides right thru hair - love it!

The key to grooming is to be consistent and always take the time to do it. After a short while, your dog will expect it as part of their routine and won't be so upset.
