Oh my goodness, your poor little baby! That is just awful! What could they have possibly been thinking? What did you tell them to do? I just told my groomer that we wanted a trim and that is exactly what she did. She is great and just the nicest person. She does exactly what we tell her to do. We will be taking Lola back regularly now. My mom's Yorkie has been to her several times and we have not had a problem with her yet. Sorry you had such a bad experience!
