As much as we all love our Yorkies they are still dogs and the property of the owner. There was a Judge Judy episode that she explained you cannot keep a dog the the owner can prove it was theirs. I would call the police and have them get my dog as it is illegal to not return it!
This is why even on Animal Planet they have owners sign over there dogs as they are property. Heaven forbid someone tried to keep my dog! |
