I would have a vet check her over. Dogs display pain in odd ways..sometimes they will shake and tremble. Make sure one of her molars is not the problemin..people think human tooth pain and dog tooth pain is the same..if we had a bad tooth we would not eat and be crying with pain..dogs are very different, they can have terrible pain, eat and not be vocal. She is small and older for spaying, but it is in her best interest..find a tip top toy vet..best of luck.
