IMO and not to sound rude, but you should go with the orthopedic surgeon with the most experience and expertise and whatever he says. The one doctor you saw is the same surgeon who has treated the elder President Bush's dog Ranger.
It's great you're trying to do your very best for Jazzie, but I think you know what needs to be done now.
