My floor plan isn't as open as I'd like, but it's semi-open
Anyway, I chose paint colors by the directions of the walls, if that makes any sense. Lemme see if I can find a pic or two.
Like when facing one way, all the walls you face are one color, you turn around and the opposite facing walls are another color. Then the one main, largest wall is another color. You can make them as different or as similar as yoiu want. i chose bold colors because I like them. My big wall is red, with blue and yellow accent walls.
