I watch HGTV a lot and often they are trying to sell homes in California. Clive (the host) will say something like..."The Joneses would like to sell their 1,100 sq. ft. home. Similar homes in the neighborhood are selling for $700k to $800k".
And a lot of times, they're not even pretty! How can anyone afford to live there?? Is everyone rich???? LOL!!
