really so many threads get lost because people don't post in the right section, I know a lot of times it's newbies who really don't know any better. I wish there was a better to teach people how to do this.
I also know that some people think if they post anywhere but General Discussion we will miss their post/or question. But for those of us that use the New Posts button, we see everything new - it doesn't matter which forum it is in.
I've seen tons of food questions lately in General & people posting pictures that belong in the Picture section and folks posting things that belong in Off Topic in general.................
