I have to vent because I am so frustrated...I ordered a rhinestone collar for my yorkie from this website on 07/15...still have not received the collar, but of course my credit card was charged on 07/22...now the website customer service is not responding to my emails and not responding to my calls...

Please do not purchase from this site. My credit card should never have been charged until the item shipped...Just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience with this company???
