That is great and i think every breeder should have that clause. But i have seen it happen. The owners take the puppy to the shelter instead of back to the breeder like they had agreed to when buying it. It is wrong and something needs to be done about these people but it does happen

And i am sorry but i still do not agree 100% because if that was the case then i wouldn't have my little Max. I love him with all my heart and could not live without him. He is PET QUALITY and the love of my life. But i guess that is why they say everyone has a right to their own opinion
