then she wanted to mail me a WESTERN UNION money order or a cashier check. i told her no that they are the biggest fraud thing right now and she keeps trying to say how is that possible so i email the news article too her...lol she said she didnt have a bank account anymore. just all kinds of red flags

You can't transfer CKC to AKC unless the parents ARE AKC! Period! I show AKC and register with AKC and both parents have to be AKC to show AKC. If the yorkies aren't registered AKC then you can't do it. I hope you aren't going to sell to this woman. Sorry but you just can't transfer a CKC dog to AKC without DNA'ing. I'd be calling AKC to verify before making any transactions. JMHO
