I'm NOT saying these dogs that you want to breed, shouldn't be tested, these people make it sound like only a select few should be able to breed..I have never and will never let someone tell me what to do..I know about puppy mills, I know about byb, I know a lot more than you seem to think I do..And yes, there are a lot of people that shouln't breed...I bred a dog one time, that was enough for me, all 4 of my pups got great homes, and lived very long lives and never had any health issues..would I do it again??? NO, because I love my dogs too much to take a chance of something happening to them during delivery..Maybe these people should go to each state and decide who can and who can't breed their dogs..
