It is so hard to know what to say. I am just so sorry that you are going through this difficult time with little Lucy.

It is so hard to find vets that know what they are doing.

By what you have written it makes me wonder if either of them have pin-pointed what the real problem is with Lucy's neck. Just stick to your guns and keep searching for the answer. Someone out there has to have the knowledge that will help your furbaby.
