 crystal light?
Hey,
I started drinking Crystal Light a couple months ago. I never drink the amount of water each day that I am supposed to cause I find it boring lol, so this tasted good! I've started getting headaches more often now and the occasional chest pain so I looked on the internet and read that Aspartame can cause symptoms like this...has anyone had headaches or anything from drinking Crystal Light, or drinks with aspartame? Just curious! |
