Lunch was catered at our office today - Chicken Cordon Bleu, scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, and salad. There was enough of the chicken left, I brought that home and will fix mac n cheese (my boys love the Velveeta shells and cheese) to go with it. Hubby has his shift at the fire station tonight and when he's not home, I don't cook. This worked out perfect
