I had a similar accident with my boy where he was unconscious and when he woke up his head was spinning and stuff. So I know what you're going through. When we finally brought he home we had to give him artificial tears for about a month because he couldn't make his own but he thankfully made a full recovery.

The problem with the legs sounds like something might have happened to his spine - I pray the neurologist will know what to do and Cosmo will be able to fully recover. How scary
