I don't know how to tell if all of her teeth are her adult teeth.

Thanks for all of your suggestions. The brown place was smaller last night, so I think it may have been partly some food. I am going to keep brushing and bought some PetzLife Oral Care Spray & Gel so hopefully I can keep her teeth shiny and healthy.
