If this has happened before and it is in a questionable neighborhood, I do not know why it would have been left anyway! That is ridiculous!

I wish our Post Office did that, I think it should be the rules! The mailman here rarely takes the stuff to the PO if we aren't home. In the past 3 yrs I have maybe had to go to the post office a handful of times to get a package.

Anyway, I don't want Suzy to replace it. It was not her fault we didn't get it, so she shouldn't have to spend the additional time, money, etc. I've should have warned the postman it was coming and requested him not sit it outside the door if we weren't home.

Slade'll be okay, he didn't need anything anyway.
