It is said that the bitches stop to grow sooner than the males. That the females stop the growth when they start to go in their first heat.
My female did grow alot until 6 months, she did grow very little from that time and is a perfect medium size here. But she is heavyer than the stadard sais but she has a compact heavy body shape so that is why she is over the standard weight but the judges don't mind since she is a good size.
So don't worry too much if she gets over 7lbs.
Also, it is possible to breed from a bitch that is rather big (not too big though) if you/your breeder chooses the right dog (line breeding).
I would think that your girl is almost fully grown now.
