I was going to go with I don't believe in God or I think God is dead. It may however back fire and she may try harder to make you see the light.
Disclaimer: I do believe in God and I meant no disrespect to christians just thought it might be funny to watch her head spin around. Plus I would get upset if someone was asking me to pray for people I didn't know that's something that should go on with people that attend your church not just random people you know especially if you don't know for sure what their religious stand point is. I would probably do nothing, but I don't like conflict. I think the best would be to tell her the truth. Tell her your sorry these people have problems and you wish them the best, but you don't really wanna hear about people you don't know.
