Before sending another box, I would get with Admin and I would also make sure you have all the reports filed w/ the police and the post office. ---because if the post office leaves another box, this could happen again.

Anyway, here, they have to get your permission to leave a package...and even then, they sometimes still won't leave them if you are not home. THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE DELIVERY SLIPS! --for you to go to pick the package up at the post office. --where it is SAFE!

If this has happened before and it is in a questionable neighborhood, I do not know why it would have been left anyway! That is ridiculous!

AURGH...what a mess for the both of you! I have also heard that about the insurance....once it reaches it's destination, that is it...the insurance and post office did what it was stated to do. Which, I guess, that is how it is meant to be. (?)

Anyway...what a horrible experience!
