You can get authentic Coach on eBay for that price. Not a carrier though. And it's also very easy to tell a fake purse. Case in point..I have had an authentic Coach leather purse for years and it still looks new. I got it at an outlet store for a little over $100. Now, my friend recently bought a fake Dolce purse for around $50. The "pleather" handles are all cracking and fraying, it looks terrible. None of my Coachs or Dooneys have done that. So, if she's buying fake $50 purses every few months, why not buy the real one that will last years? Unless you want to change purses frequently or don't mind the cracking, then get a fake.
I personally have nothing against fakes. To each his own, but technically it takes away from the true inventor of the style.

I know if I invented something I wouldn't want knockoffs being sold.
