Hope to hear your baby is better soon. FYI Sodium imbalance can lead to seizures. I am hopeful your vet checked his electrolytes. If you ever had a dog consume too much sodium I would force water not a electrolye replacement like pedialyte. This would be great for a dehydrated pup due to other causes like diarrhea
