I'm so glad you took him and have a diagnosis. Diarrhea can be so dangerous for puppies. I would still get him off the Cesar...and off the Royal Canin too (if it were me). Better kibbles would be Canidae, Orijen, Evangers, Natures Variety, Wellness, California Natural. Royal Canin is pretty notorious for causing allergies and I'd to see your little guy suffer from those, especially in his current vulnerable staten (w/ his immunity already suppressed).
