i always get a little scared at the doctor's, i guess paranoid lol, because with my 1st, she had heart issues and so everytime i hear this babies heart i get scared that something bad will happen, but it ends up okay lol
i know my parents bought me it from sharperimage.com but i think you can get it anywhere online it was like $30-40
