I don't think I would sell them un-stuffed just because I think that is one of the things that makes my beds great...the way they are stuffed. Plus, the customer would have to do some sewing after stuffing the bed to close up the end

I understand about the stuffing because when I stuff things they are lumpy. That takes some skill!
Try Fed Ex. Usually when I order from vendors the shipping prices are right on the box and Fed Ex will be in the $6-10 range when UPS is in the $12-15 range for the same size/weight box... UPS is slower too!
