I don't have a clue what to do except comment so it can go to the top of the list and to tell you cept i am praying for him!

maybe try to get him to eat low sodium crackers that should make him thirsty...also call a local emergency vet tell them what's going on and ask them if you should bring him in.

you may need some pedisure (Pedilite i think it is the lite one) and force it down him with a syringe or something to keep him hydrated if you think he is not drinking enough.
