I need some ideas. Within the next 2 weeks, I will not be working anymore and will be concentrating on my Paw Passions. I want to get my orders out quicker, more efficiently, and try to make just a tad bit of money doing it. As it stands right now, I am losing money because of shipping costs. for example, today I shipped out an order that was only about a $13 order but it costed me almost $18 to ship it priority!!!! and I am talking about shipping within the US. I was blown away! it's because the item had to go into a box that was considered oversize...yet it weighed less than 2 lbs. Seriously...it was insane. I have shipped to canada for close to the same price before. So needless to say, I need to find some other options for shipping. I could vacuum seal the packages and get them into smaller boxes/envelopes...but then they would be wrinkly by the time the customer got them. That is unacceptable.

Any ideas???? What in the H am I doing wrong?????
