Oh sorry I have on my right side of the program all different windows as layers, rollovers, colors and optimize. So the window that says optimize select gif file then selective then diffusion then lossy 0 then colors 128 and differ 100%. if you dont see the window that says optimize click on Window and then optimize on the top of the program where you have file, edit, image etc. Once you done that then click file and save optimized as and select the location where you want to save teh file.
