They know when I get the bag out that I am going somewhere and they fight to see who can get in first! They are usually pretty good while we are out. I do sometimes bring a bully stick for them to chew on if I am going to be gone very long, like when I went to a parent's meeting at my daughter's school!!! (it was a large group in the auditorium). I only take one at a time, though, unless it's to the vet or something.
