My little Schmoo is just over 6 months and weighs in at 2.7lbs. and my vet will NOT do the spaying for another month or so, she feels that she is too tiny and would like her to put on a little more weight.
I am sure that it depends on the vet for sure. I am more comfortable in waiting. But that's me.
