Well, how is her weight/ribs/overall health? You can tell alot about weight if you feel their ribs (shouldn't be too prominent or too "buried"). With homecooking, you must supplement w/ calcium and balance the cal/phos ratio - you're probably already doing that.
I mean, most dogs poo twice a day, but I suppose some may poop just once for some reason. You could get some blood work done at the vet, I know some homecookers do that once a year.
If she "feels" skinny, I would maybe increase the protein volume - if it were me. Remember, that kibble is condensed - so if, let's say, you feed 1/4 c. kibble - you have to feed alot more volume of "real" food (typically, that is) bc it's not all condensed/processed down. Raw can be the opposite (feed less than you think sometimes).
Sometimes for things like this, I think in human terms - like if someone's digestion really slowed down - I'd wonder if their metabolism slowed down bc they weren't getting enough calories - soooo, increasing her calories
might be something to consider.
