Because my Pixie is so little and the weather is pretty cold right now, i'm only bathing her about once every 2 weeks...her body keeps pretty clean..but her face needs a bit of work everyday! her eyes tend to run a bit ( causing the boogies!) and around her muzzle where her food, garden rubble lol
tend to stick..are the worst bits...I get a small bowl of warm water, sit her on my lap and with my fingers or a small cloth gently wet the problem areas and then gently comb through...for her eye boogies i wet the area thoroughly then gently comb/pull them out...fix her topknot then pat her dry with a towel..or in front of the fire (her fav place!) then i'll give her another quick comb through in the evening...not too much hardwork really!
