The issue is not so much whether or not you can get away with bringing a puppy home before twelve weeks, but what it says about the breeder who goes against the YTCA's Code of Conduct and lets them go too early.
Whether the breeder is just ignorant of the breed club's rules or doesn't care, it doesn't say much about the breeder. |
