My Chase wil be 7 months on the 29th. His ears starting standing up by themselves at 5 months. They stayed up for about 1 month and then they flopped again, I am assuming this was due to teething. One ear is just now starting to stand up on it own, the other ear is up and down, mostly down. I too was wondering if this is normal and if you think his floppy ear is going to stand back up. I have shaved the ears and taped the floppy one. After I take the tape off it stands for a few minutes and then it flops right back down. I have attached pictures of him showing his ears while they were standing. It just seems strange that they won't stand back up after being erect for a month.
