I agree.
It shouldn't be that bad in a Yorkie especially.
Ellie is having these problems but her vet is right there with use trying to figure out why. Some dogs runny eyes might stink (maybe more so the short nosed breeds) but it isn't necessarily healthy in Yorkies.
