Well, yes, I'd be worried. The reason why is bc puppies w/ diarrhea can get into trouble FAST. And I do mean fast. So, there has been no firm poos since Sunday then? What is the diarrhea like? Is there blood?

What is the color of his gums? If the gums are light, that means he is dehydrated (he probably is). If it were me, and it was day 3 of nothing but diarrhea - I would get him to the vet ASAP. It could be giardia or something that needs immediate attention.

Once you get him better/figure out what's going on - I then would tackle getting him off Eukanuba and Science Diet (forever) - and getting him on a premium food. Did you start the SDiet recently? If so, I would discontine that right off the bat.
